Refund & cancellation

This policy applies to paid enrolment in EduYagna programmes. A course demo does not create a fee or refund. Exact amounts, instalment plans and any written exception are confirmed at counselling before you pay.

How enrolment is confirmed

Your seat is confirmed only after we receive the agreed fee (or the first instalment, if an instalment plan was approved in writing) and you receive a joining confirmation. Until then, a batch may be full or rescheduled.

Cancellation by you

Write to marketing@eduyagna.com from your registered email, or ask your counsellor in writing. State your name, phone, batch and reason.

• If training has not started and LMS access has not been issued, we will try to offer a batch transfer or deferment first.
• If you still cancel before the batch start, registration or seat-booking charges (if any were stated at counselling) are not refundable. Course-fee refund, if eligible, is processed after deductions for payment-gateway charges and any materials already issued.
• Once the batch has started, or LMS login has been issued, course fees are not refundable.

No-show and discontinuation

If you do not attend after confirmation, or you leave the programme mid-batch, unused sessions and remaining instalments are not refunded. Internship and placement assistance are part of the same programme path and are not priced or refunded separately once the classroom stage has begun.

Cancellation or change by EduYagna

If we cancel a batch or cannot deliver the confirmed mode, we will offer a transfer to the next suitable batch or a refund of the course fee you paid for that undelivered batch. We are not responsible for travel, stay or other personal costs.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, or by bank transfer to the account from which the fee was paid. Processing typically takes 10–15 working days after we confirm the request in writing. You must share correct bank details if asked.

Batch transfer

One transfer to a later batch of the same programme may be allowed if you request it before the original batch starts, subject to seat availability. Additional transfers, if allowed, may attract an administrative charge confirmed at counselling.
